Lower center of gravity. Lowering your Mustang is a great way to get your center of gravity lower so that your S550 has a more stable and planted feel. This will let your take corners faster and improve your times at the track.
Progressive spring rate. As the spring compresses, the spring rate increases. This means that over bumps and small things the suspension is soft, but when cornering, accelerating, and braking when the suspension is compressed further, the spring rate is stiffer. This provides a flatter ride, a performance-oriented feel, and can improve times at the track.
