Have a short throw shifter from steeda, had it for a few years, was doing a clutch in the car and was going to clean and re grease the shifter, ended up losing a shim, sent a message and was contacted by Phil, he went out of his way to send me both shims, and get them to me in a timely fashion. Definitely recommend these guys! And thanks Phil!!

Amazing customer service, their products are in a class of their own my 2015 Mustang GT performance package has almost every performance upgrade you have in your inventory, honestly I have maybe 3-4 things before I can say every part is steeda my car has never handled so good in the streets or on the tract road racing even though it's just a performance package GT I'm able to keep up with Porsche and GT350R through the corners of limerock and Watkins Glen, but now that it's Whipple charged they will be keeping up with me, the people at steeda really know what they are doing and will even help you get the right parts to fit your needs Highly recommend #15BLACKMAMBA

Great customer support. Had a slight shipping issue, but they reached out and notified me personally ahead of time. Hard to find a company that tries to be proactive and not reactive for their customers. Because of that, I’ve purchased other products from them even though competitors have the same exact product.

Rod at Steeda recommended the Pro active shocks and minimum drop springs for my 2021 Mustang GT to improve driving dynamics. After the install I was amazed what a difference I could feel as soon as I drove the car. The car now has a Perfect stance and greatly improved ride and handling characteristics along with greatly reduced brake dive and less pitch when accelerating - truly a Win-Win! Reached out to Steeda about suspension components for my Mustang. I had done all my research and knew when it was time to upgrade my suspension components Steeda was the route for me to take. Cowles McCray was my Technical and Sales Specialist that worked with me. He was prompt with all of his correspondence back and forth with me, very informative and took the time to answer all of my questions in working up a suspension package for me while not trying to talk me into anything I did not need for how I will be using the vehicle. Shipping was very fast, wonderful customer service, highly recommended!! A++++

I have been ordering parts and building my 2017 Mustang GT for the better part of 18 months now from multiple places and I have to say that because of Matt Henschke going out of his way and helping me with an alternative solution, when the part I needed(due to safety issue) was back ordered 3-5 weeks, Steeda is the ONLY place I’ll be ordering my parts from moving forward and I’m all the way in Vancouver, WA. 10 out of 5 stars to Matt!!!

Matt Henschke was a great help to a problem I had with my SCT tune tool! I had been working with SCT for over a year to resolve a heated O2 sensor problem that they were not sending any data and the car would not pass emission tests. The SCT people determined that I had a defective programming tool. I sent the old one to them and they sent me a new one. Did not know the new one was lacking the Steeda tune. Matt was good to send me a new tune for the new device at no charge! My problem is still there but at least I know a company that has great customer support like Matt and Steeda! Called in first time to see if i could get help to upgrade my car, Bryans customer service helped me along with him being very knowledgeable and willing to explain what needs to be done and how to go about it. Didnt feel rushed or like I was bothering them by calling in.

Absolutely first class experience. Was kept informed of order status at every stage of process. The mustang trunk struts/pop kit were extremely easy to fit and are far superior to the original . Highly recommended

Very bad experience with the EU site , i order few times and always the items comes defected or not coming at all

I originally had my car dyno-tuned in palm beach county (2011 gt). It was stalling and giving me engine knock with 93 octane. Worse than before. Cold air intake, long tubes, gt500 tips. It came to a point where I couldn’t drive it knowing what it was doing to my engine. Brought it to Steeda. Brian, Rod, John, and James will take care of you. Not only are all of my knocking issues gone but the car is faster, sounds better, and shifts like it had a new transmission installed. James spent over 6 hours on the dyno with my car. That’s how messed up it was. What he does is an art. Just save time and come to Steeda. I will be using them for all of my future builds.

I did my first car here back in high school in 1991. Over the years they’ve grown but the principles remain the same. No you can’t hang out in the shop like the old days but they still do a hell of a job at a fair price. This is my third car with them and while I’ve dabbled with other shops locally over the years I always come back to them. If you’ve got a problem nobody can find, this is your shop. Great team.

Cannot say enough Good things. My wife's 2018 mustang GT whipple supercharger install went great. Everything they recommended and did was excellent. The car is now extremely fast and handles great. Many thanks to Rod and the team at Steeda.

**update** - Chris reached out to me with concerns for my experience. He assured me he would look into this particular situation to correct it and he held up to his promise. "Hey Aaron - Thanks for taking the time to respond back. I appreciate your honest feedback, as it makes us better overall. Your particular review brought to light a unique situation where a return of an "invisible product" like a tune, pushed us to alter our processes for RA's on customers who would like to return a tune. Since it isn't a physical product, we never received any product - which is why there was a hold-up on the paperwork. Since there was nothing to physically process, it fell short in our warehouse. We've since fixed this process on our end to prevent anyone else from having to go through a wait like you did. I hope this helps alleviate the concern on your end." Although my initial recommendation was negative, It is very likely that i will do business again with Steeda and you can rest assured that they will take the time to make things right if they go awry. **original review** took 26 days to get a refund. called after waiting 14 business days, accounting did the refund as a store credit. ??? but said they would correct it and refund would take 3-4 days to hit my account. after 6 days still no refund. submitted a dispute claim with my credit card company on a saturday and within 1 hr i recieved an email from steeda for reciept of refund. took me playing their game of hardball to get my refund. due to this experience i cannot say i will be likely to do business with them again. i really want that steeda hood though. but if something is wrong with it will they exchange/refund with out making me submit a dispute to get my money back? who knows. do not buy their "tunes" if you have nitrous. they do not do nitrous tunes but also do not inform you of this on the product detail page.

Holy cow! I had a tune in the past on a truck, but it was nothing like a Steeda tune! My car tries to become airborne when hitting the gas now! And the shift points are exactly where I would have put them! Outstanding work on the tuning! I never knew a tune could make such a difference! I met with Brian, he was extremely helpful and professional. I only had the bumpsteer kit installed and an alignment, however he treated me as if I had been a longtime customer. The tech who installed the parts and performed the alignment showed me how far off it had gotten and explained the process on how it is corrected. The car came out great and drives better than ever. I will definitely be doing business with them again!

Stopped by to purchase a few parts and get a quote on an installation. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I was given a tour of the shop and my son and I felt appreciated the attention and professionalism everyone showed. My only complaint with Steeda is that I’m unable to give it a better review than 5 stars! Growing up, my father always had some crazy Mustang/Ford and he would always buy from Steeda. Fast forward 10 years and I am now also continuing the family tradition. I’ve currently bought the Gtrac Stage 1 Suspenion, Tri-Ax shifter, CAI, and a few more I can’t think of. I’ve never never never once have been hassled by any of the employees here. Not only are the products they sell used for competition, but are proud to say that their parts are all MADE IN THE USA. Now that’s tune I can dance to. Steeda takes their quality VERY seriously. I’m most cases I’ve been told I’ve ever had a problem with a part they would have no issues replacing the part. And I’m not sure why they would have to because even with all the abuse I give my car, I’ve NEVER had an issue with ANYTHING I’ve purchased from Steeda. It sucks that I live 2 hours away or else I’d be there every weekend trying to buy parts.
