Steeda Unveils ProFlow Cold Air Intake for 2024+ Mustang GT/Dark Horse!

Pompano Beach, FL - Steeda, the leader in Mustang performance parts, is excited to announce the release of the all-new ProFlow Cold Air Intake designed specifically for the 2024+ Mustang GT and Dark Horse models. The Steeda ProFlow Cold Air Intake (Part Number: 555-3234) is engineered to unlock the full potential of the 4th Generation Coyote V8, providing superior airflow to the 5.0L engine.

Continuing with the exceptional quality and performance that Steeda is known for, this intake takes the capable S650 Mustang to the next level. Featuring a massive CNC-machined billet mass air meter and custom-molded 4-ply silicone intake tubes, this intake system is over 25% larger at the intake tube than the competition, allowing the engine to breathe freely and achieve maximum power output. The intake tube starts at an impressive 4.75” ID, necking down to 95mm to optimize air velocity and support future throttle body upgrades.

Built on decades of experience in tuning and racing, the Steeda ProFlow Cold Air Intake is meticulously engineered to perform under the most demanding conditions. The high-flow oiled air filters reduce restriction, while the 6061-billet aluminum mass air meters, CNC-machined in-house, ensure precise and superior MAF sensor signals. This intake system can be configured with the factory airbox lids to maintain the stock ram air effect, or the lids can be removed for an open intake that delivers a bold statement at any car show.

Steeda’s commitment to quality and performance shines through in the rigorous testing this cold air intake has undergone. Whether on the street or track, the ProFlow Cold Air Intake has been proven to improve performance while maintaining drivability. This system is designed to work seamlessly with the factory programming, with no tune required, though it’s ready to deliver even more performance when tuning options become available. Even without a tune, this intake added 13hp and 11.4lb-ft of torque more than the leading competitor.

• Larger than the competition: The mass air meter is 6% larger than the competition, while the intake tube is an impressive 25% larger.
• No Tune Required: Tested on both GT and Dark Horse models, this kit delivers performance improvements without requiring a tune. When tuning for the S650 becomes available, the increase in airflow and reduced restriction can be utilized for more power.

The Steeda Mustang GT/Dark Horse ProFlow Cold Air Intake is available for now on Steeda’s website. For customers that already have the Steeda ProFlow Air Filters (555-3219) the intake kit is available with no filters under part number 555-3235.

The initial 26 sets of intakes will feature white Steeda logos in the silicone tubes, as shown below.

Afterwards, the kits will have no logo on the intake elbows.
