This Max-Boost octane booster from Royal Purple is designed to increase gasoline octane by up to 30 points (3 numbers) with its MMT formulation. This increased octane will allow for increased ignition timing and fuel efficiency ultimately leading to more horsepower, performance, and MPG. This octane booster also has the added benefit of reducing emissions, stabilizing fuel, preventing detonation/pre-ignition, and pinging or knocking caused by low quality gasoline. This additive is safe for: carbureted, port, or direct injected engines, turbocharged, supercharged, and nitrous applications, leaded or unleaded fuels, ethanol, O2 sensors, and catalytic converters.
