This easy to install S550 Mustang GT oil-air separator from Ford Performance is OE engineered specifically of the 5.0L & 5.2L Ti-VCT Coyote. The immediate primary benefit is detonation control and horse power increase by preventing low octane blow by gasses from mixing with the air and fuel mixture. Long term benefits are prevention of carbon build up on internal engine surfaces. When service is necessary, the AOS is easily removed by unfastening the OE push pins and removing the trap assembly. For best results you should drain the separator chamber at each oil change interval. This part fits on the right hand side (passenger)of the engine.
Note: Does not fit Performance Pack 2 applications due to throttle body interference
