The Mach 400 Stage 1 clutch provides a great balance between smooth engagement and heat resistance so that you can have a balanced clutch that performs well wherever you happen to be. This clutch is a great option for the daily driven modified S197 that occasionally is driven at the track.

Finite Element Analysis engineering makes sure that the materials used will meet the demands of their application. This clutch features a compound that was reformulated in order to be resistant to high-heat, allowing the clutch to perform well at the track.
Comfortable on the street, strong for the track. An organic friction material is used along with spring center dampers to deliver a clutch that has smooth engagement and reduced drivetrain shock. The clutch cover has a 40% higher clamping load that enables it to handle greater amounts of torque that come from a modified Mustang. This makes the clutch pedal effort slightly higher than the OE clutch but is light enough to be a comfortable clutch in a daily driver.
