Sales/Tech Representative (Valdosta, GA)

Overview:
Steeda is searching for a Sales & Technical Specialist to join our team. Steeda is the leading Ford vehicle aftermarket performance parts manufacturer and retailer with over 34 years in business. We have an opening for the right professional that is knowledgeable, motivated and customer focused who is willing to ingrain themselves in the Ford community including Mustang, Focus and Trucks plus more. Steeda products have generated a lot of excitement so you will need to be energetic and possess a can-do attitude!

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting with retail, service and wholesale customers to assist with their needs.
  • Offer technical support as required.
  • Answer inquiries via email, social media, phone and online support tickets.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years experience in the Auto Industry.
  • 2+ Years Sales experience.
  • Service Writing experience a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with computer based order/inventory systems.

Ford Technician (Pompano Beach, FL & Valdosta, GA)

Overview:
Steeda Autosports, the leader in Ford performance products specializing in the engineering and manufacturing of parts for the Ford Mustang, Fusion, Focus, Fiesta, and Ford Trucks is seeking a full-time, qualified & experienced automotive technician to join our winning team in our Pompano Beach, FL and Valdosta, GA location. We offer great pay, excellent benefits, advancement opportunities, and the excitement & the awesomeness of working with & around race cars and high-performance vehicles.

Responsibilities:
In this role, the successful candidate will perform suspension & driveline repairs & installs in accordance with Steeda & Ford Motor Company factory and industry standards and work closely with other team members to maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction & to meet company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of automotive experience including but not limited to suspension, driveline repairs, installs & basic service (oil changes, wheel alignment, etc.).
  • ASE certified in Suspension/Drivetrain
  • Strong Ford IDS knowledge.
  • High School diploma / GED.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Valid drivers license with clean record.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be able to drive a forklift.
  • Be able to work weekends at racing events (as necessary)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook.


Duties:

  • Perform safety inspections.
  • Perform road tests.
  • Diagnose customer complaints / vehicle malfunctions.
  • Replace parts.
  • Perform maintenance services.
  • Document work performed.
  • Maintain clean working environment.
  • Attend training classes when available.


Skills:

  • General idea of suspension fundamentals and geometry.
  • Good listener & able to grasp concepts.
  • Ability to take direction & run with a task.
  • Team player.
  • Basic automotive mechanical skills.
  • Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience).
