The BBK Throttle Intake incorporates a high flow intake plenum and a large 78mm BBK throttle body all in one great performing unit. This throttle intake is a direct bolt-on and is good for an additional 10 to 15 horsepower.
The BBK Mustang throttle body is machined from high quality 356 aluminum to ensure OEM quality and fit. Features like die stamped throttle linkages, double sealed bearings, and o-ringed throttle shafts make this one of the best throttle body's on the market.
BBK's 78mm throttle intake is designed to be a perfect fit on all 1996 to 2004 4.6L SOHC GT Mustang uses the factory throttle body gasket.
Please note: 1. A 78mm throttle body works great on a heavily modified or supercharged Mustang GT's, horsepower gains will be minimal on stock or mildly modified GT's because they do not have enough air flow to benefit from the larger throttle body.
