An oil filter gives your engine less restriction. It is possible to use gauze that is not as fine as in a dry filter because the oil traps particles and contaminants. The oiled filter is suitable for most climates but in dusty and dry climates a dry filter is a better option. A dry filter kit is also available HERE.
