While the 2013 Mustang Week may be over, the many memories are still fresh in everyone's mind! There is absolutely no doubt that this years event was indeed the best one yet as thousands of the Mustang faithful descended upon Myrtle Beach for a week jammed with ultimate Mustang excitement. With just about everything one would want to do with their "Stang..... from an outstanding Car Show, Autocross Event, Burn Out Contest, Dyno Challenge, Drag Racing, and much more, this is one event you should add to your automotive bucket list. This year, Steeda Autosports ensured we were part of the excitement with our corporate display and we made a point of connecting as much as possible with the enthusiasts in attendance by offering tech insights, Steeda product reviews, as well as a display of our serialized vehicles and one of our Steeda race cars.

In the Autocross event, we are very proud to say that a Steeda equipped 2003 Mustang GT was successful in taking top honors on the challenging circuit. Daniel Pierce took his Sonic Blue GT Convertible thru the course and beat all others to capture the coveted 1st Place title and bragging rights. What should be noted about Daniel, is that he is a complete newcomer to the sport of autocrossing, having only ridden on a track briefly once before. He set his winning time on his very first lap of the course, beating out over 60+ entrants including several specially prepared track cars from other competitive sponsors. Naturally Daniel is very adept at preparing his car, in doing so he equipped his 'Stang with the following Steeda performance parts:

- Steeda Weight-Jacker Lower Control Arms
- Steeda Bumpsteer Kit
- Steeda cat-back exhaust

Dario Orlando, President of Steeda Autosports personally congratulated Daniel for his achievement and commented: "We are all proud of Daniel's achievement and even with his relatively little autocross experience, his innate driving skills coupled with the Steeda suspension enhancements he chose - resulted in a winning combination". Daniel upon wining the autocross added: "I want to thank the entire Steeda team, from the customer service representatives who go the extra mile to ensure that the customer is priority to the team of engineers who develop performance parts for the SN95/ New Edge body parts. The quality of each and every product I have purchased from Steeda Autosports has consistently exceeded my expectations. Steeda performance products have introduced me to autocross and the excitement that comes with each run. I am looking forward to my next autocross event and pushing my car to it's limit. In the awards category, Dario Orlando personally presented multiple awards, including a $500 gift certificate to the Mustang with the most Steeda equipment. The winner was Eric Morris of Willington NC who is the proud original owner of a serialized 1998 3.8L Steeda Q-Series Mustang. During the past 15 years that Eric has owned the car, he has consistently added additional Steeda equipment to it, both enhancing and personalizing its appearance and overall performance. The end result is a perfectly maintained and pristine example of a1998 SN-95 Mustang that has the ultimate on aftermarket options and accessories - all done to the specific taste of it's very proud owner.
Other Mustang Week awards handed out by Steeda included a $250 certificate awarded to Kevin Ettien of Russell, Wisconsin acknowledging the vast amount of Steeda suspension modifications he made to his 2010 GT500, and another $200 certificate awarded to William Metten of Spring Lake, North Carolina for his Steeda modified 2010 Mustang GT.
