Around the world, Steeda is known initially for handling and high-performance driving. We have cemented our history on the race track with our performance driving abilities, and continue to improve Mustang handling around the world today. When it comes to the second generation S197 Mustang, we've made sure to make it handle as well as possible. With the new design that debuted in 2011, we set out to make this design handle like the full-blooded track car it has always been able to be. With our knowledge of both the Mustang and of racing, we have designed full shocks and struts to improve handling dramatically while also looking great.
The 2011-2014 Mustang was already designed to be a handling vehicle which was obvious by the high-revving Coyote motor that feels right at home on a race track. We developed our performance shocks and struts to help your S197 handle better, corner sharper, and ride smoother than ever all at the same time. For this reason, we track-tested our shocks and the others we carry to ensure they meet our standard of excellence for all-around performance figures. These shocks and struts have been tested over hours of use on the street, the drag strip, and the race track so we could see what the best performance possible could be.
Here at Steeda, we have over 30 years of experience building, modifying, and racing the Mustang on our parts and we use our experience on the track to develop parts for others to enjoy. With the second-generation S197, we knew we needed the car to handle better than ever to accommodate the new look of the iconic Mustang name. We know that only the best will do for us and our customers, so we test these parts endlessly until we are happy with how they perform.
