The 2005 Steeda Screamin' Yellow Q Mustang has embarked on a event and media tour from Florida to New Jersey to Michigan. The Steeda Q was showcased during the recent Woodward Dream Cruise at both the Primedia Party and the Ford Motor Company Crusin' Legends display. Ford Global Marketing and Public Affairs have arranged to have Guy Gordon, noted Detroit News Anchor on the NBC affiliate, Channel 4, drive the car and file his impressions in a special television report. This will be the first time the Steeda Q, Serial Number 0001 will appear on air. The Screamin' Yellow Q is the Steeda Autosports 2005 project vehicle with the Ford Motor Company Aftermarket Vehicle Program. Since taking delivery of the Mustang last fall, the car has been on the road a majority of the time. Last November, the Screamin' Yellow Q was exhibited in the Ford Motor Company display at the SEMA Show In Las Vegas. After a trip to Indianapolis and appearing at the PRI Show in early December, the Q was shipped to Detroit where it took part in the North American International Autoshow as part of the Ford Motor Company display. From there Ford shipped the car to the Chicago Auto Show. After returning home, the Mustang was shipped to Tulsa, Oklahoma for the 31st Annual Mid-America Ford Performance and Shelby Meet. There the Steeda Mustang was put through its paces for two days at the at the open track event. For final leg of the Detroit tour, the 2005 Steeda Q will be road tested by a number of Ford Motor Company's Senior Management. The car will be road tested by the leading automotive publications later this month.
