Ah, Spring, when a young man's fancy lightly turns to thoughts of hauling ass around an internationally renowned speedway in his favorite Ford! While we don't expect Alfred Lord Tennyson to show, (he'll still be spinning in his grave over the abuse of his quote), Steeda Autosports invites you to attend the next Camp Steeda/SVTOA Sebring Sensation, slated for April 22-24, 2005 at Sebring International Raceway.
Last year an estimated 300 people attended the weekend-long affair, while 86 drivers and cars registered for classroom instruction and track time, both on the cone course and on the open portion of the road course. A car show was held, featuring Fords from 1957 to the present, and Vendors displayed their wares in the Midway. Casual contact continued into the evening hours with a Friday Night Vendor Meet & Greet, and a memorable Saturday Night Banquet.
This year's event should be equally impressive, with an added extra - Sebring will permit registered cars and drivers access to the entire road course this year, so thrill seekers can really wind 'em up before braking at the end of the Ullman Straight.
