The 2003 Steeda Stampede Event to the Ford Power Festival at Moroso Motorsports Park, was an enormous success for the entire Ford Community in Florida. It was a great weekend celebrating Ford Motor Company and the performance vehicles it has provided it's most enthusiastic customers.
The Steeda Stampede Event started at Steeda Autosports and was showing signs of being the largest Stampede, two hours before the gates were opened to the Steeda facility. By 10:00am Steeda's 5-acre facility was filled with close to three hundred Ford vehicles. More people were still arriving after the parking lots were full. Hundreds of people came to Steeda for the Fourth Annual Steeda Stampede Event. Steeda Autosports owner and president gave tours for everyone, informing them of the rich history Steeda has had with Ford Motor Company and Ford Racing. The guests of the Stampede Event were able to get up close with the historical Mustangs of Steeda that are now legends in Mustang racing. Guests were also able to see how Steeda performance parts are developed and tested for their Mustangs with tours of our manufacturing facilities. Steeda lead designer, Dan Carlson gave technical seminars in the Steeda garage.
When the Stampede Event participants were done with their tours and had lunch, Steeda and the aftermarket showed their appreciation with a prize giveaway valued at over five thousand dollars. Every participant to the Stampede Event left with a little token of appreciation. Once all the prizes were given to their lucky recipients the Stampede Event was on! Police were on hand to keep these three hundred powerful Mustangs, in-line and under control as they all headed North to Moroso Motorsports Park.
