I wanted to inform you that the Steeda Tri-Ax I purchased is totally awesome!! I had purchased a competitor's shifter to save a few bucks and it was ok, but if you skimp on a buck or two, you will not be nearly as satisfied in the long run. Steeda's shifter is so much tighter feeling than any shifter on the market, It has an extremely short throw and there is no "sloppy" feel to it! Again thank you for designing such quality products. I'll be in touch soon for some underdrive pulleys for my 07 GT!!!

I received your thank you card today... nice touch & hand written too (Class act). I have ben in industrial machinery -automation equipment for many years on the road and in all management postitons and I compliment you for the nice personal touch, it DOES go a long way, you just wont actuallly hear it as many times as I know it has paid off for you in repeat orders and customer loyalty.
